(I) PRINCIPAL MARKET YARD BHUNTAR (Main features)
This Regulated Market Yard is situated at the distance of 10 Km. from Kullu.This yard was established in 1992. The total area of the yard is 9.15 Bighas. During the flood in 1995 about 40% area of this yard was washed away . This Regulated Market Yard remains functional throughout the year. The Market Yard caters to the marketing needs of the farmers of about 150 villages.

(4) SUB MARKET YARD PATLI KUHAL
This Market Sub Yard is situated on the National highway-21 near Patli Kuhal. The Patli Kuhal yard was started near the fruit growers association building at Manali.In the year 1995 the flood washed away the yard site and then market was shifted to Patli Kuhal near the park where (1)Bigha land was transferred in the name of agriculture deptt. This sub yard remained functional till 2004 . During 2003-2004 the Market Committee purchased 2-12 Bigha private land near Baragran Nala bridge where some Govt. land was available. The marketing activities were started there in July.2004. The total area of this yard is about 5-10 Bighas.The following facilities are available in this yard.

(5) SUB MARKET YARD CHAURI BIHAL
This Market Sub Yard is situated on the National highway-21 near Manali. The total area of this yard was 17-4 Bighas. About half of the area of this yard was washed away in the flood during Now about 8 Bighas of land is available for use. During 2004-2005 the Yard was shifted to this palace and presently 5 commission agents of fruit and vegetables are working here. This yard is almost used for stacking,grading and packing of the Potato seed of Lahoul Spiti area. The following facilities are available in this yard.

Atpresent 38 commission agents are working in this yard. The total area of this yard is about 13 Bighas. This yard is being run on the forest land .In principal the sanction of the land has been granted by the H.P.forest Deptt.The following facilities are available in this yard.

(7)SMY Bandrol
This Sub Market Yard is situated on the National Highway-21 at a distance of 10 Kms from Kullu towards Manali. This yard is functional since the year, 2000. This is a seasonal yard and it remains functional from May to October. At present 131 commission agents are working in this yard. The total area of this yard is 12.19 Bighas. About 80 villages of Kullu district are being benefitted by this yard. As of now the marketing activities are being performed in make shift arrangement. APMC Kullu will establish state of the art infrastructure at this place for marketing of fruits and vegetables.

(8)SMY Shat (Under Construction)
This Sub Market Yard is situated on the Chandigarh- Manikaran state highway which is at the distance of 16 Km from Regulated Market Yard Bhuntar. The APMC has purchased 7 bighas private land for the establishment of this market yard. The approach road to the proposed yard is under construction. Site development, approach road and construction of the building will involve an expenditure of Rs 1.5 Crores.
(9)SMY Larji
This Sub Market Yard is seasonal and situated on the Chandigargh- Banjar state highway which is at a distance of 4 Km from Aut. Land has been hired for this sub Market Yard. APMC started this market yard on temporary sheds from the last year.
(10)SMY Banjar
This Sub Market Yard is situated on the State Highway Aut-Anni at a distance of 44 Kms from Regulated Market Yard Bhuntar. To provide marketing facilities of Agricultural Produce to the farmers of Banjar Development Block , the APMC Kullu has hired a building consisting 9 Nos. shops and a varanda near Banjar. Varanda is being used for auction activities. The following facilities are available in this yard.
