1. Submission of monthly progress report of income and expenditure report.
  2. Rent recovery statement of all APMCs.
  3. Ledger book for attestation every month.
  4. Preparation of trial balance every month and submission of the same for perusal of the authorities of the APMC.
  5. Preparation of the Balance sheet of the APMC in association with the Chartered Accountant.
  6. To put up latest position of Market Fee and  25% board share of Market Fee collected by the APMCs every month.
  7. Preparation of APMC’s Budget every year.
  8. Approval of final expenditure head wise viz a viz budget for the financial year ending in March every year in respect of the APMC’s.
  9. Any other duties which may be assigned by the authorities from time to time.
